Game rules & scoring

Choose Trade to buy a hypothetical $10,000 long position at the next unseen daily open, using fractional shares, and sell at the final close after 5, 10, or 20 sessions. Choose Pass to stay in cash at 0% return. There is no early exit or stop-loss. The next opening price can differ from the last visible close.

A better decision means choosing Trade when its return is positive or Pass when it is negative. A zero-return trade is a tie. Earn 25 XP for completing a round and 50 extra for the better decision. Correct decisions build your streak; an incorrect decision resets it. A tie leaves it unchanged. Skipping earns no XP.

Scores compare the realized outcome with cash; they do not judge whether a decision was sound based on the information available. No fees, slippage, dividends, cash interest, or leverage are modeled. Prices follow the source files; corporate-action adjustment is not independently checked. Records stay in this browser. This is an educational game, not investment advice.
